The treatment was lovely, excellent facial. The spa was a little tired, possibly due to low business and income at the moment.

Nice ambience and private room. The massage was pretty good and relaxing, with just the right level of pressure. Slightly on the short side, the clock seems to start from appointment time as opposed to when one has undressed and got ready. There was a sales pitch between massage and facial which is a no no for me though - understand that they often want to upsale but perhaps do that at the beginning. Other than that it was fine, the facial was good and relaxing enough. Good value overall!

I chose the Aromaplasty Moisture Facial and Aroma Massage, the service was ok even though the environment was a bit commercial.

The aromaplasty moisture facial and the aroma massage were great and the staff is very accommodating. I also rate Lookdiary 5 since the customer service took care of me very well. Even though there were confusions regarding the booking time, the redemption of the gift card, etc, they handled everything perfectly. Thank you very much!
